Betsy’s Botanicals products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients like butters, oils, and tallow.

Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers, texture, color, scent, and consistency may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Temperature changes during shipping or storage may cause products to soften, melt, firm up, or settle. This is normal and does not affect product quality.

For best results, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If a product softens or melts, allow it to return to room temperature before use.
